Where I train:

My main base of operations is a private training studio in Boca Raton, FL.
This is a training environment unlike any other. An exclusive, state-of-the-art gym that is focused solely on personal trainers and the needs of their clients. This is a high-end private facility – meaning every person here is with a trainer and focused on their workouts. No distractions and no waiting for machines. Water and towel service provided.

If you have needs that limit your ability to travel or prefer to train at home, I am available for training in-home or in your condominium gym, using my equipment or yours, in the Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and Lake Worth areas upon request.
